Shaping the future of real estate
As partner to the Nordic PropTech Awards 2025, Coor is in the epicenter of today’s most groundbreaking innovations within property technology.
The future of the real estate industry is tech driven. Virtual tours, remote technical support, and digital twins of large sites are already today making property maintenance safer, more accurate and more efficient. Still, the digitalization of the real estate and property industry is in its infancy. This is where the Nordic PropTech Awards (NPA) comes in, setting new standards for sustainable buildings and workplaces, and as it’s partner, we are connecting with the most innovative and visionary startups on the market.
“We need to lower the barriers to collaboration and innovation. That’s the only way we can test and iterate the solutions that are out there, before bringing them to the market. We have a history of successful collaboration with startups and are always on the lookout for innovative partners who can help us enhance our service deliveries and increase value for our customers”, says Fredrik Sandqvist, Head of Innovation & Service Development at Coor Group.
"Property Management is a broad field"
The Nordic PropTech Awards provide local proptech startups and scaleups with a platform to showcase their solutions and competencies to potential clients, investors, and strategic partners. For the 2025 awards, more than 100 nominations were submitted. Coor will participate with jury members in five of six possible tracks: Energy, Healthy & sustainable buildings, Contech, Mobility & sustainable cities and Property management.
“Property Management is a broad field and includes anything from tech to promote data driven maintenance to tenant experience solutions. I'm really looking forward to getting to know all brilliant entrepreneurs and their solutions to the current, and perhaps future, challenges of properties," says Fredrik Tunberg, Head of Concepts and Solutions, Property at Coor Group.
The NPA winners will be announced in the first quarter of 2025. The final nominations can be found here.
